Maybe it is that now, I dont know, but it was for sure not the case at the start and for many years where the main driver was speculation on prices (and demand) going up, or LTI disappearing etc... If now those main drivers have been replaced by rather players trying to dump their assets, that is all part of the market mechanics. Markets go up and markets go down. Perceived value and sentiment play an important role, like in actual markets.I'd like to disagree, but only in as much as to the intended purpose of the grey market... since I can plainly see and agree with where you draw the comparisons...The grey market was setup expressly by and for folk selling up and moving on...always at a loss. With SC, you could say it's a last option for many caught up in the initial hype and predatory marketing surrounding SC from the start. It's a necessary evil rather than a frivolity.
