Doing a distributed cache system is also a bad idea unless it's the product you are making. Get one off the shelf.

The people over in the SaltEMike discord are quite funny, you can also rant about the roadmap with Jake Acappella there so I took a break from here! Looking forward to some more nonsensical semantics here tho!

Star citizen is next level, it's made elite practically unplayable now.

The ship interiors add a lot and make the game feel more viceral, especially when you Eva next to your ship. Frontier need to get creative with Elite if the game is going to remain relevant.
