Sorry but this is the where the split starts to happen!
All console and 3.8 Horizons players are going to get are galnet articles, applicable CGs and updates which will still allow them to connect to the existing game mechanics. Anything new will only be available in Odyssey or the 4.0 Horizons client (Although it would have helped for Horizons 4.0 to be in place for this update)

Well I had enormous lag 13:50 loading my stuff for missions at Maia, then on jumping to Maia, was in hyperspace for 3 minutes so rebooted PS - now get Taupe Cobra now after cutscene.

I was having trouble opening system map (I'm currently traveling), finally got my first coloured snake of the day:
You are always "Unwelcome" here!.. and there, and on many other docks, long days before and till now...
Why unwelcome? Because there is no Welcome message on the station docking bay anymore (but, nevertheless, I remember those times when...).
Also the dock's name is shown in Thargoid pidgeon string code, not Human... Pity...

PS Maybe this is a bug? If yes, it exists long time, and happens often on many stations, outside - on docking bays and inside - on hangar walls beneath landing pads...

You haven't visited any Federation Space Ports in the past? (FSP number 2304, in your case)
The port name is shown instead of "welcome" on those ports - or similar messages.
I would actually want more of these cultural differences between power spaces
And it would be a lot better to see some creativity also to Federal space stations instead of meaningless 4 digit number.
