I can see it being a thing... "But" It would have to be something more along the lines of this: First, split currency into 2 banks - The "Bubble Bank" and The "Colonia Bank" The bubble bank holds standard credits & the Colonia bank doles out Colonia Credits. When you first take the trip on the "Colonia Ferry Service" you apply to become a citizen of Colonia, this gives you access to a Loaned Sidey + 1000 credits just as in a normal start. The bank of Colonia won't initially allow you to transfer credits between the bubble & colonia but will offer an introductory mission that will allow you to get the ball rolling. Complete the introductory mission & you can transfer small amounts of your "Bubble" Credits to Colonia Bank, in exchange for a small handlers fee (this will increase exponentially the more you wish to transfer providing diminishing returns) once per hour (can be set automatically at stations). Improve your relationship with the bank & you will get more favorable terms etc.

I'm assuming you have checked to make sure that your holds i.e. cargo / materials / data storage isn't full (if the mission provides anything other than credits) - this is a very common cause of what you have described as you cannot hand in the mission if you do not have the space for the reward. You'll be waiting quite a while for the bug reporting staff to get back to you too, like most of us in the UK the work 9-5 hours (9am - 5pm uk time)

There is one way that will (but you won't like it). Disable SLI

OK, compare your card: NVIDIA GeForce 9600GT To the card required as a minimum to play Elite Dangerous Nvidia GTX 260 (with 1Gb graphics RAM) I wouldn't even recommend that card as a minimum either it's drivers are also horribly outdated & it receives nothing but legacy support updates too. As a minimum I'd recommend either a GTX1050Ti or GTX 960 (4Gb) for gaming at 1080p. For you there is only one way to improve the view I'm afraid & it will involve you spending beer tokens.

Unless, of course, you are flying around with "Report Crimes Against Me" switched off in which case it wouldn't be a bug...

Start off by contacting support & asking for it, they will guide you through the rest.

The unfortunate thing about asteroid belts is - they move (orbit around the planet), your spawn point remains exactly the same meaning that if you respawn & an asteroid happens to be where your spawn point is - well you've seen the result... While it is annoying (there are at least a few threads in here & support where people still do it) never ever log off in an asteroid belt or res site. there is about a 75% chance that nothing will happen to you, but you will always be playing the odds...

This happens when other vessels in the system are interdicted, you get kind of a cool wave effect from the interdiction "tunnel" that eventually goes away. It's actually quite a cool thing to see when in supercruise, I hope it isn't a bug.

You can "transfer" the credit value of all your held assets to your new PC account, but your xbox character will be lost forever.

Ok, really old card (in fact one that is below spec) or really old drivers is your likely cause here...

You sure you aren't clicking the right thumb stick? I know under the "default context" control scheme that the Xbox controller switches between normal (roll) mode and alternate (strafe) mode if you do (and back on a second click). In default context it's supposed to do this. It is quite easy to click the thumb stick in the heat of battle however, and forget about it after landing... Anyways if your control setup is based off default context it's likely that you haven't eliminated this behaviour from your bindings (or are playing in default context).

It's exactly the same as you going onto the mission board and picking up a bounty mission to kill x pirate / political figure etc. Then going to the system where they are hiding out and killing them. They may not necessarily be wanted in the system they are in either but you still know that they are your mission target why? Because the mission that you picked up told you so. It's safe to assume that in the same vein NPC bounty hunters have gone through that very same process. They know who you are because the mission they have is "kill pirate "insert name here" an enemy of our faction. They know where you are because in all likelihood the faction has put out feelers and spies telling them where you are - meet "x" in "y" system for more information etc. You don't need to use the KWS to pull your bounty out of supercruise it shows as mission target on your HUD, assume the same is true of NPC's.
