    Because some player groups insist on steering FD instead of giving good, constructive feedback on all facts. Instead all what is done is everything is viewed 'we will exploit this and this is why it won't work' lenses. That's also reason why I give zero nuts about what they are going on about. Also it seems none of them gives nuts about in-game PvP. All their care about is 'agreed PvP'.

    Fallen to bargaining already? :) Sorry, but where did you get your creds to represent *whole* PvP community and justify this opinion? Sounds like you want this fix to be removed for some more personal reasons.

    This is very stale tactic as counterargument in gaming community. Nope, it doesn't make PvP harder. It makes it more meaningful.

    Ahhh I see old "my PvP ideology is better than yours" argument. Sidewinder exploit fix is really nice way to put back consequences of dying in game. It should have been done firsthand, before adding more, more complex and interesting layers so people can't 'escape' their consequences.

    I think the current system works very well. It is well balanced with cost / time. That said, I am very open minded about some additional featuers to this service. 1) 3 Priority selections: Fast, Normal and Slow. Fast would cost twice as much, but will deliver in half the time we have now. Normal: What we have now. Slow: Costs half of what we pay now, but it takes twice the time for the transfer. 2) Send a ship to a specific destination. I contact Galactic Logistics and pay them to deliver x ship to y Destination.

    Hmm I never noticed that. Things like that would be very obvious to me (ie "floating" incorrectly). Any specific set(s) of lights? Or any specific kind/type of station(s)?

    Well I couldn't be at Lavecon cuz it's halfway around the world for me... :( But, I'm there in spirit! Just did a run where I clocked 10 min 36 secs. The planets were literally aligned :) Well maybe if I didn't overshoot Cady City I could have gotten a better time...     I personally hope it means they'll take a look at stuff like Smuggling, Mining, Exploring etc and improve them. That's "core gameplay features" to me.

    Ok I'm just guessing, but I'd say part of the reason is "lore". There's no artificial gravity so stations need to spin. Maybe the bigger the station the more energy it needs to spin, and the faster it needs to spin at to maintain a 1G gravity. Orbis stations are just about the limit of that "technology" without the struts and other structural components breaking off due to the stress placed on it by the spinning. In space things may not have weight but they still have mass. Giant-sized stations in other sci-fi media (films, games etc) all have artificial gravity if I am not mistaken.

    Oh I know you don't keep a scoreboard for us plebes who can't make it to Lavecon :D I just thought you might want everything to be all on the up and up even so :) Well my time for that run a couple of days ago is a 12 min 34 secs 11 mins 34 secs (I just looked at my video again, and it immediately shaved 1 min off my time :) ), but that was also when I just got my new X52 and my landing was (is?) still not that great.     One of my biggest screw ups was when I was playing on all my 4 accounts at the same time and forgot that one of them had not left the starport, but I had hit launch... and that CMDR was the one holding all the cargo. :D Another one was when I had forgotten to unbind "Jettison all Cargo" and had worked 2 evenings doing wingmining to almost fill a Cutter with Painite.... and I managed to jettison all cargo. :D Some people will scream "Pay to win" when I say I can, and sometimes do, play my 4 CMDRs at the same time, but, they don't know how much work it is to actually pull it off, and, evidence above; you may lose a lot more than you win, because of your limited multitasking capabilites. :) But, I do enjoy it, nevertheless. :D

    Then it's a useless cable :D My monitor has no audio capabilities, and my TV can't go 120Hz :D Actually for my monitor, it's "no brightness" LOL. That button/option is greyed out in the OSD menu. I have control over contrast. But I don't mess with it when I'm in 3D mode, looks fine with the glasses. It only looks too bright when I take the glasses off. When I exit the game (any game in 3D mode) the monitor goes back to "normal" settings, ie the settings before LightBoost kicked in. By default it's CTRL-ALT-F11 on mine. No need to mess with advanced settings. Once I've switched it off the first time I ran ED, subsequent times I start ED up it doesn't go into compatibility mode anymore.
