Ground yourself before attempting again. If you still get shocked you need to check the system for proper grounding.

These "grind" arguments need to stop already. You can get up to 250k bounty reward for shooting a single ship, even more with powerplay bonus. You can do the road to riches and earn 30mil within 1.5 hours, then upgrade to an aspX and do it some more for even faster earnings. You should be sitting at 300mil within 10 hours. That's hardly a grind, is it? Take part for the lowest payout tiers in community goals, a one time delivery is done with no effort at all, you can do this for all current CGs that aren't mutually exclusive. It's so easy nowadays to sit in an anaconda within 2 weeks of playing with 2-3 hours/day at most. That's not more than 35-40 hours. What other multiplayer game allows players to reach endgame content in that timespan?

More like: Take a look at the radar before boosting. The eagle was visible on the radar plain as day from the moment you requested docking.

Fix the font color, unreadable when using the dark color theme.

Macros are a software thing and have nothing to do with hardware, since you could run those using third party apps, no special hardware required. It's not the same as having bindable fire keys for each individual hardpoint. A macro would switch through firegroups, this results in making only those weapons available that exist in the currently selected firegroup. Having bindable fire keys for each individual hardpoint lets you fire that specific hardpoint without having to switch through firegroups or use macros, at the press of a button, in an instant. You can also set up keybinds on your keyboard to utilize WASD1234QE + alt, WASD1234QE + ctrl, WASD1234QE + shift, giving you a total of 30 keybinds available without having to move your hand. You seem to willingly misinterprete a discussion about possible addition/enhancement to the game with demands to "fix" an "issue". Next thing you're complaining about is that folks with high end hardware get more fps than you and that's an unfair advantage...

Why would you assume that wanting to have individual keybinds for all hardpoints should be a product of sarcasm?

One fire button for every weapons hardpoint is the bare minimum elite should offer. So I could launch all 8 missile hardpoints in sequence without having 8 fire groups to switch through.

Seems to be most prominent when piloting bigger ships, small ones don't seem to have that issue. I almost had to remove security residue from the cockpit window when leaving a station, boosting around 450m/s in my trusty ole cutter away from the station, one of those pesky security vipers nearly made a lasting impact. The path and surroundings was clear so where the hell did he come from?

That was weird to watch. He knew he was being interdicted by another player, for more than 30 seconds. Yet he fails to boost upon leaving SC, doesn't change his pips to all shields after the first boost, instead he tries to jump to another system after getting interdicted? How can you not know that your FSD is in cooldown after losing an interdiction?

You did not? Well another quote is in order then: How is that "not discounting anyone's advice"? You seem to have an issue with others having more money than you, since you're so easy to project that everyone but you is a billionaire. Please provide one quote from this thread that tells the OP he is "playing the game wrong". All posts so far have either suggested various ways of making money or stated that he's actually doing good, earning 6mil in his first week.

Those were the days, when ammo cost ate up almost all profits from bounty hunting, refueling 50% of the T-9 did cost 300k+ and repair bills could reach the ships purchase value. Too bad it has been toned down to basically make ship running costs a mere nuisance forcing you to click the repair/refuel button once a while without any real repercussions to your earnings. Now you can get from starter sidey to aspX in one day, anaconda easily reachable within 2 weeks if you know what you're doing (not even talking about exploits here). Maybe the devs will put some sense to the economy there's little hope left, seeing the current development.

Thing is that stuff like this is sticking out like a sore thumb. You're sitting inside a spaceship that can travel 20kly in little more than 3-4 hours, can survive 50g accelerations and landings on 6g+ planets, technology that keeps you alive while your canopy is gone and your ship is one collision away from turning into salvage, you know exactly which ship is wanted by what factions and how much the bounty is by a single scan with the KWS within a few seconds, yet it's somehow not possible to check which station is selling a small gimballed pulse without having to dock there?

If you're that worried that your time goes to waste when playing a video game, then you'd probably not spend your time playing in the first place. Seeing how you "have over 2 billion in assets, are a rear admiral, elite in exploration and a tycoon in trade for months and months", 'wasting' time should be the least of your concerns. Still I think there should be another way to find your wanted modules, moving between high tech stations gets old pretty quick.

That's pretty much it. Even the current headlights don't illuminate enough distance considering ship speed. As of now taking the anacondas headlights as an example, they only illuminate stuff closer than what seems to be 300m at most. That's ridiculously short for a ship going 300m/s+. When mining you're almost ramming the asteroid with your ship before the headlights illuminate it. Pitch black planets would be awesome though, no matter if they decide to change headlights or not, since you can still use your instruments to land.
