No, but I don't paint my SRV. These are new items and I suspect they may be broken. I have purchased dlc paint packages for ships and they are not immediately available in-game until I shut the game down and re-enter the livery. If your sure the Frontier Store has them as purchased by you, then it should appear in the game. You did "buy" them? You have a receipt from the ED Store? They appear in your purchased items on the store front? If all of this is true, then it may be bug file time. Be well.

Yes, I had pulse lasers too, and got no dialog at the dweller for modifications. I did not look at "View All Blueprints". Ok, the bug I am trying to convey is that the menu#4 "View Engineers", will ALWAYS state that he does "Pulse Lasers" and "Power Distributors", REGARDLESS of what you have onboard, and possibly NOT all of what he does. "View Engineers" should be somewhat comprehensive on the services they offer, especially when it is the first menu you are most likely to look at when searching for engineering services. I believe it is still a bug, but you see it from the "engineers" point of view, I see it from the pilot's cockpit point of view, because I did not explain the bug well enough on the first attempt. Be well.

Speaking as a former software developer and program manager, I can understand the OP's desire to play with code and code something. Yes, an AP may suit Elite, be wanted by players, and at some point, be welcome. I think the OP may have just chosen something in Elite as the object of a demonstration of his coding ability, and once built (dev alpha), he wants to publish as open source. To the OP. It may be wise to take the advice of Frontier while doing more research on possibly using your skill, desire and willingness to contribute, to program something using Frontier's API, for which Elite Supporting Sites take advantage of now under license from Frontier. It's more your project (already built) which may be the stumbling block for you. Looking around at other projects needing your abilites through less legally challenging channels may give you the same result and satisfaction.

Hello CMDR's As for the game mechanics, and before CG's were released, I had assumed a CG would be based somewhat loosely on military, scientific or exploration disciplines, where those signed up would be given a small piece of a larger goal. When enough, or not enough of us contributed, the goal would have a positive or negative outcome. Something like: A CG is sponsored to build a space station in a system. We need transporters to deliver supplies (commodities associated directly with building a station). We need combat pilots to protect the transports and the space station. We need traders to set up trade routes and commerce. We need explorers to search the surrounding systems for needed resources. We need miners to mine asteroids for resources (materials and minerals directly associated with building structure for the station). We need a naval support presence. We need you. You then pick what you want to do to contribute. You contribute a lot, you get alot. You contribute little, you get...
