    The code is on GitHub, though deployed on the author's server.
    It's failing to update because it hasn't been adjusted for the EDDN server migration.

    I thought it wouldn't be affected by the EDDN server migration, cause all data delivered by TCE-Relay were based on the nightly dumps of EDDB, which hadn't changed, IIRC. Obviously I'm wrong.

    That'll explain it, as that (migration) happened on the 09/08/2017 and no data has been updated using this tool since the 08/08/2017.

    I am in contact with a buddy, trying to update the code and another, who offered me to host the service. Because i am not involved into, I am hoping, like you, that the service will be back anytime soon.

    This tool is no longer supported by TCE, because the OP no longer supports it.
