Saturday my game stopped working and I can't play horizons now. There was a mere 8 hour period between when I last played and when it stopped working. Attempting to validate the files through the launcher gave me the incorrect checksum manifest error. 32 bit works and I can validate files of that version through the launcher.
Here is a list of some the things I've tried.
>Verify files through launcher
>Verify files through steam
>Reinstalling the game - multiple times
>Downloading the non-steam launcher to install - launcher gave incorrect checksum manifest on trying to install 64bit+horizons
>reinstalling framework 3.5 + 4
>reinstalling visual c++
>Restarting the computer at various steps
>Updating the nvidia drivers
>Rolling back nvidia drivers
>Bargaining with dark gods
-the router is not an issue - other people on campus can play this game
-Firewall is not an issue, and there has been no changes to it between when I played last and when problems occured
-There were no updates to my computer between the period it worked and when it stopped working
-32 bit works
I have attached the update logs from failed attempts as well as my DxDiag file. Please help.Client.logFORC-FDEV-D-1010_update.logDxDiag.txtelite-dangerous-64_update.log

I had also first noticed the problem when Presing play darkened the button but it did not go away, before returning to it's normal color. Further experimentation brought the checksum manifest error to my attention.
