Not all started threads are beign added to subscription

I've noticed that not all threads, or thread I post in are being added to my subscriptions which makes it difficult to track activity. Usually I wouldn't care but it makes keeping track of bug reports tedious. 2 examples:

I could probably add these subscriptions manually but I thought, if this is indicative of a problem, you might want to see it.

This is still a huge problem.

I frequently miss out on detail requests of my bug reports, because I'm not being subscribed to bug report threads I create.
And I suspect this happens to several users, as detail requests are rarely answered by the initial bug reporter.

I am being subscribed for threads I create in other sections as well as any threads I comment on (including bug report threads).

Oddly enough, been looking at the code for this since Monday. Trying to figure out where i can add in a subscription hook/override when making bugs.
