Not accepting bounties from Alliance systems. I have 124,200 for Blue Fortune Organisation & 128,800 for Rahu Labour Union and he's not accepting either.

Steps to Reproduce
I've tried logging in and out and he's still not accepting them. I made the Bonds for Rahu Labout last night so the console's been rebooted.

EDIT: You mentioned you made Bonds, do you mean bounties? or do you have combat bonds? as these are different.
