Disney adventures stuck loading screen

I am having trouble continuing my game on Disney adventures by getting stuck in the loading screen, I have closed the game several times and also hard restarted the Xbox too, anyone having the same problem or know how to fix

Are you playing it on the 360 or Xbox One?

I ask because only the original for the 360 was made by FD, the newer game for the One is made by a completely different development team, Asobo studios.

As the newer one wasn't developed by FD they won't provide support for it.
