I had a similar issue with my Sinoceratops on Nublar, it was standing on the bank right next to a river and a feeder and was starving. it was frozen. I tranked it and had it moved and it did it again right away.

Ended up just selling it and incubating a new one.

I have this problem very frequently I know your pain. tried everything placing more feeders etc and still they just stand there and loose their stats. generally yes tranq them and move them but even then sometimes this doesn't work for me hope it gets fixed

I hope they fix it soon too because its legitimately game-breaking.
I can't get 5 stars on Muertes because I can't house more than one type on carnivore in the same enclosure without risking poor dinosaur health from the bug and since I can't place more than one type per paddock, I don't have enough build room either (I have a Spino paddock, a Giganto paddock, an Edmonto paddock, a Stego paddock, a long neck paddock... you get the idea). Basically, I can't meet my dinosaur breeding quotas to get 5 Stars because the AI bug is forcing me to make more paddocks to accommodate for the broken carnivore coexisting mechanic (which I did experience the bug with when it was introduced on Pena).

Since the Fallen Kingdom update which was supposed to fix this issue I've seen an increase in the panic state bug. Just yesterday I had two Stegosaurs, two Kentrosaurs and one Imposterraptor (Velociraptor) drop to low health. All of the panic states were triggered simultaneously although the cause was not the same. The Imposterraptor was triggered by the ranger team vaccinating its pack mates. The others were triggered by the ACU helicopters. Not only does the immobilizing panic state have those two triggers but it even seems to be triggered randomly. I've had several herbivores drop to low health due to either starvation or hunger despite having both food and water readily accessible. I have also had an issue of various dinosaurs being frozen with panic as a result of other dinos harassing them, sauropods and raptors harassed by theropods incapable of harming them. It's really quite silly.

Agreed. In fact, I didn't have any issues prior to the Fallen Kingdom update.

I actually thought about that and added several feeders, but the frozen guys didn't care, not even when putting it almost next to them. In fact, I once had one guy (I think an Edmonto or something) stand inside of a water source while dehydrating.

The only way to save them at the moment is stunning them and carrying them somewhere else. They'll come to their senses and start drinking/feeding again.

I wonder if it's true or simply coincidental, I'm also experiencing exponential number of stuck situation regarding dinos number, as you noticed. It can be due to processing needs as I suppose or to paddocks complexity and modifications as you do suppose and not to the DLC release wich turned to be when the bug revealed.

If one could have an island with only one paddock and already stucked dino(s) it would clarify this.

    Same thing happened to me.

It's happened at least two times on two different islands and both times it was a small herbivore that got stuck.
I can confirm that the best solution is to have it traqed and moved somewhere else in the enclosure. It said it was panicking so I guess it was stuck in "panic-mode" where it won't eat drink or sleep.
It is possible this happened with a raptor also.

It definitely happens with the Velociraptors, and the Diploducus',and the Deinonychus, and the Stegosaurus' and the Kentrosaurs'. The issue only seems to happen when there are four or more creatures in an enclosure. I've had multiple enclosures with only three creatures and never had any issues with panic induced mobility.

    Dinosaurs stop doing anything

    Frequency of the Bug/Issue
    Rarely

    Describe the Issue
My Dinosaurs just stop doing anything. Their status changes to "Panicking", they stop moving and evantually starve to death. It first occured on the 3rd Island (The one where you start with 950k minus credits) and at the start only affected the Velociraptor. Now it affects a lot of dinos seemingly at random and the only way to fix it is to fins them in time, Tranquillize them and move them. That fixes it for the time beeing, but usually they just die because the first warning I get about that bug is when I get the "Low Health" warning and usually all help comes to late then. I don't know if it occurs on the same dino again afterwards, because I never remembered their number.

    Reproduction Steps
I cannot tell what to do to reproduce it. I also happend for at random. It might just be the enclosure (I have benn using electifed Heavy Steel for fences). Was quite the big area for them. Lot's of Forest. A few waterponds. 3 Feeders and 2 Live bait

    Expected Result
The Dinosaur stops doing anything. Does not react to something around him. Her mode switches to "Panicking" but she doesn't move and in due time starves to death

    Actual Result
Don't know what to write here
