    Can't get a second account to work

    I bought a second account from the Frontier store via digital download. It's on a different email address than my original account. When I try to register the new account here https://tools.elitedangerous.com/en/...er?steam=false
    It asks me for my game code which I never received. I contacted Frontier customer supports and all they did was direct me back to https://tools.elitedangerous.com/en/...er?steam=false

    Can someone help?

    If you bought the game from Frontier store directly, the game should be already in your Frontier account.
    Please contact us in the ticket system again so that we could discuss the issue with you further.

    Why would you want to do that? That page is for redeeming a Horizons season pass code.

    You don't need to do anything apart from download the launcher from your frontier store "my downloads" page, run the launcher, click "log in" (or whatever it says these days) then on the pop-up window enter your details (account email and password), then on the next pop-up screen enter the validation code which has just been sent to that account's email address.

    When I try and log in using the launcher it asked me to redeem my code. It emails me the code, I enter the code then I get a screen that says, Please purchase/redeem Elite Dangerous to continue. I've been in this continues loop now since Friday. I've sent screenshots, emailed customer support, and it still isn't working.

    This normally comes up if you are using the incorrect login email.

    I discovered this recently when I had to restore my pc, I forgot that ED on my pc was registered to my Gmail addy whereas my Xbox account was registered to my live account.

    Countless loops ensued until I figured out I was using the wrong one.

    Did you just buy the Horizons expansion? see https://support.frontier.co.uk/kb/faq.php?id=277 (When I login a see the error: "Please purchase/redeem Elite Dangerous to continue")
