    Hi Krypton,

Sorry to hear you are having an problem with the game. Can I get a few details from you so I can check this issue out?

I will need your steam ID to locate your crash reports (can you also confirm that you have been sending them after a crash) and your DxDiag info file which will help determine what issue you are encountering. I have added details on how to locate and provide these things below.

Could I also ask you to send your save file on which the issue is occurring before the crash? Again details are below with a few other things that might help with the issue such as verifying files and updating drivers.

Can you let me know if you have the same issue if releasing your ceratosaurus without genetically modifying it, or if releasing one on another island?

    Many thanks,
    Joe

How to find out your 17 digit Steam ID:

    - Open up your Steam client and choose View, then click Settings
    - Choose Interface and check the box that reads, "Display Steam URL address when available"
    - Click OK
    - Now click on your Steam Profile Name and select View Profile

Your SteamID will be listed in the URL at the top left (it's the really long number at the end.)

    Or you can:
    - Open your file directory
    - Navigate to C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Saved Games\Frontier Developments\Jurassic World Evolution\
    - Within this folder you should see another folder with a long number as the folder's title (17 digits)
    - This is your Steam ID

To run a DxDiag report follow the steps below:

    - If you are running Windows 7 or higher, go to your TaskBar.
    - Click on, "Start Button".
    - Click on, "Run".
    - In the pop-up window enter DxDiag and hit ok.
    - The DirectX Diagnostic Tool pop-up window should appear.
    - Click on, "Save all information".
    - "Save As" window should be present.
    - Click on, "Save" (The file should be saved to your desktop as DxDiag.txt)
    - Exit the DirectX Diagnostic Tool.

You can then attach the .txt file to your forum reply (using advanced post) or upload to a file sharing site such as Google Drive, One Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer and send us the link..

How to provide us with your save file (PC only):
You can find your save files in your file directory in the following location:
    C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Saved Games\Frontier Developments\Jurassic World Evolution\%STEAM ID NO%\Saves
where the %fields% are specific to your windows username and SteamID. Please attach this file to your forum reply (using advanced post) or upload to a file sharing site such as Google Drive, One Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer and send us the link.

    Hi Krypton,

Thank you for the information, I've passed it on for further investigation.

I've tracked down your crash reports and it appears you are experiencing several different crashes, at least one of those is suspected to be linked to your high core count CPU. Some users have found solutions by running their CPU with a reduced core count, however you should only consider this if you are comfortable and confident in doing so.
