    Grammar Raxxla Codex clarification

Is the comma in the Raxxla codex that is missing before 'and' intentional or a typo:

It is extremely difficult to find consistency among the various fragmentary rumours of Raxxla. Much like the ancient myths of Atlantis, El Dorado{,} and the kingdom of Prester John, the interpretations of the story range from the sceptical to the outlandish: Raxxla has been suggested to be anything from an unremarkable moon to a state of cosmic enlightenment. The earliest documented stories tend to agree on several points, however: that Raxxla is a definite place, and it holds a mystical secret.

    Thank you!

    -void

Some people consider the Oxford comma deprecated, but Strunk can have his coffin shoved right off a cliff for spreading that opinion.

I'm a German player and in German there isn't an 'and'. It's translated with the German meaning of 'or'.

Everyone should use the Oxford comma. The times once ran a headline without one that read:

“Highlights of his global tour include encounters with Nelson Mandela, and 800 year old demigod and “adult toy” collector.”
