In fact chaff launcher is an imbalance equipment in our game. It has 20 seconds of effect's time and cooldown smaller than effect's time. At the end we have 20*10=200 seconds of nonstop knock down aiming for gimbal and turret weapons. With engineers we have 300 seconds of this. And don't forget...
