extraction

I have detected that even if you carry valuable cargo, the NPCs do not attack you in the extraction areas, I cannot generate Bountys by eliminating pirates. does it happen to you?

Noob question. just started mining and starting to getting the hang of it, on the surface as well in flight. As for the last, when i’m mining an asteroid sometimes materials show up on the surface of the asteroid (i.e. nickel, chromium, iron, etc.) My question, how do i collect them? Collector...

The title says it all, it's something I have been thinking about ever since Horizons launched and recently during a live stream session with a fellow cmdr. where he warned me that the surface would be a bit troublesome for landing. I don't know if this has ever been suggested before but i think...
