shield generator

Suggesting a counterpart to Prismatic shields. This one would have tiny strength (even lower than E-grade), but great recharge rate (better than bi-weave). Other than recharge rate and capacity, it would have the same stats as a Prismatic. Heavy, hot and power-hungry.

Not sure what I'm missing but in systems where a 7A should be available, there is none. I haven't seen one in Odyssey. So, where can I get them?
