Carmine bee-eater. Very common in zoos AFAIK, very pretty, and they can be walkthrough animals too. I think St Louis Zoo has them mixed with rhinos.
Somehow I didn't think about Bee Eaters but they are the Type of Bird that was definitely still missing on my List. I'll change it but won't be specifying a specific Species because all of them look so amazing. How exactly do they keep them together with Rhinos? Might be also nice together with Elephants. Does it work with those PVC Curtains or do they prevent them from escaping in some other Way?

Africa pack: I wish the White-necked rockfowl would be kept in any Zoos. They look so amazing. Can't find anything cool currently that isn't too much like the other ones so I'll just choose the African Grey Parrot
A species of turaco would also be cool. The Red-crested Turaco and the Violet Turaco have both become quite common birds to see in European Zoos, yet they still feel very exotic every time I see them. But several species are present in zoos in various degrees, and they are all quite beautiful

Those are the Birds I was thinking about while searching for a good african Species but I couldn't remember the Name. Hard to decide between Bee Eaters and Turacos so I'll just write a Species of Bee Eater or Turaco👍
Edit: changed my Mind about the Turaco. There is one specific Species of those that I find really cool so I'll change my Choice for Africa to Ross's turaco.
Somehow I thought only now about the Red-billed Oxpecker. But Ross's Turaco looks too cool to be replaced 🙃
Those would be really nice though as free flying Birds in a Stable for big African Animals.
Just wrote both in there now. Isn't the only Pack I wrote two Species in afterall, so it doesn't really make a Difference

Ah so that's why I keep seeing injured bald eagles , makes sense I guess. Other choices could Canada goose, northern cardinal or American white pelican
I used to work with injured raptors, either there are aviaries with injured/recovering raptors that CAN be released provided they are monitored by vets or in aviaries that are not suitable for release. Even getting charged at by a wing amputated bald eagle is scary to be around.

So there are many birds I want added to PZ. It would kill me to wait every dlc for another aviary bird. So first I’m gonna make an aviary dlc then add to others.
Bird dlc
Bald eagle
Caracara
Egyptian vulture
Great Hornbill
Polynesian hawk
Kookaburra
Northern Goshawk
Great horned owl

Now for +1 for dlc

  • Atlantic puffin.
  • Bali mynah.
  • Carmine bee-eater.
  • Steller's sea eagle.
  • Golden eagle.
  • Scarlet ibis.
  • ???
  • We got the bat for the Twilight Pack.
This is of course assuming we're talking exclusively about exhibit birds.
I assume the Question Marks are regarding the Conservation Pack. Could be replaced with one of those Examples: Hyacinth Macaw, Spix Macaw, Northern Bald Ibis, Great Hornbill or you could move Steller's Sea Eagle there from the Wetlands Pack 👍
Technically the Green Peafowl is also a Bird that would fit into the Conservation Pack and needs to be kept inside a Aviary but this one would probably still come as a Habitat Animal due to the Fact that the Indian Peafowl is a Habitat Animal too

I'm curious, if we get just one more penguin, which one would you guys prefer?

I think i want the southern rockhopper, but also really like the little blue penguins.

If we're getting just one, it would be the little blue.

If it's two, then the little blue and gentoo (a common mix in zoos is gentoo penguins and king penguins; would love to recreate that).

If three, then add the southern rockhopper.

For a third, I would prefer another (sub)Antarctic species to mix with the king penguins, which species is not too important for me, as long as it is in captivity.
I don't think a lot of zoos keep king penguins without another species with them.

But I agree that the little blue would also be a nice and welcome addition.

I would also really like to be able to keep those together in my Zoos.
Would it even be realistically possible to keep the two current Penguins together? I know that Humboldt Penguins which at least look similar to the African Penguin like colder Temperatures too but I could imagine African Penguins to be less suitable for low Temperatures

For a third, I would prefer another (sub)Antarctic species to mix with the king penguins
Would really like Gentoo Penguins to be added to the Game. Would also be fine with Adelie Penguins though

But I agree that the little blue would also be a nice and welcome addition.
Also agree with this though. Only Animals so far from New Zealand are invasive Species
