I think record breaking was one of the Beta-Patches pre-release, it was at 22:37 / 23:37 UTC. So have some patience. But again, I would have expected a statement or 2 by FDev.

if the Beta is released... Will i see this in the Launcher?! Will there be a Link where i can purchase Beta Access?! If there will be payed Beta Access...

The situation

They are to launch a beta, announce that it will be delayed due to some insues. So ED decide launche the beta with some bugs and the entire community starts complaining, crying in forums because of these bugs.

Seriously, it should not be easy being Frontier.

My theory is that the coders went into crunch-mode over the weekend, sleeping under their desks whenever Brookes wasn't looking, pizzes delivered at odd hours and coffee flowing freely through the night. With a few bugs still not fixed, they're now wondering, bleary-eyed, whether or not that is an acceptable state to release a beta.

Will forumites hyperventilate if it crashes once per hour? Surely not. :)

It will only show in the launcher if you already have paid access, which you might be able to purchase on the store later on.

But we have enough bugs in the game - we don't want them in Beta as well.

If you have beta access of old you should see it in the launcher. If not then you will need to see if FD decides to resell access to it via the store.
