Just surmising but that might depend on the security technologies Zaonce Bank has installed. Or on whether the human brain is 'hackable' as such.; we don't know how it's going to look yet but neural linking might require a compatable reciever (another brain, so no decode is even needed) or only be readable with fairly simple pip (or point and shoot) .. rudimentary, and basically analogue controls.
Memories and senses aren't defined areas. Ask a synesthete. So hacking in to someone else's brain wont get you anything other than random headaches and possibly brain damage.
And it doesn't matter how big the bank, any galactic scale botnet can outgun them. So when it comes to encryption accessible across the galaxy, the only winning move is not to play.
Moreover, the explanation I gave was sufficient to explain why we have what we have in the game and not something else, so begging into existence reasons why those might not suffice is just silly sophistry. We just posit that those factors don't apply. It's entirely fictional, and the only requirement is that it fit what we see. Doesn't fit? Then it wasn't that.
And, since we don't have bank details passing around the galaxy, it "must" be because that is dangerous, and if hacking is proposed as an answer, then the hack-proofing can't be a counter, since evidently we still don't have those foreign station stock prices.
