23 Days since I lost access to my Ships - Community Managers HELP

I hope I can have that happen soon too. Thanks for letting me know that they are able to fix this. I was starting to wonder.

For anyone else who is having the issue, please make sure your ticket is submitted under the launching/loading/crashing categories. If you assign them something like gameplay, they'll be added to a much longer list of things that aren't AS pressing as not being able to play the game at all.
What should we do if already submitted under “lost in game assets”? It would figure I’d put it under the category that takes longer. 😂

How do you do that - I have this problem and I cant get access to my ships for three days - My ticket is under lost assets - So frustrated I dont see that category!!! PLEASE HELP!!!

Wow, guess I'll stop playing EDO if the updates and hot/fix patches are not fixing this kind of bug. Been lucky so far and just been tolerating the non-fun part of EDO compared to EDH; change can sometimes be uncomfortable initially (new UI case in point) until you find the hidden benefits - but this defies logic.
Hey there - you've already done the best thing by raising a support ticket. The team are busier than usual at the moment but they will get to you. Apologies for the frustration this is causing.

Having the same issues. All my ships are inaccessible and I managed to get back to inter astra to find all 13 bil in ships are gone. I can only go thru the dialog for “I’d like to refresh my flight training” but that even does nothing. Can’t buy new ships even tho I have 7 billion in cash on me. I do have a support ticket in that is 7 days in so I hope to hear something soon from them.

Seems like alot of people are losing their access to the whole game for very extended periods of time. Do we have any statements as to weather or not support or devlopment knows what is causing the issue and weather or not it will be fixed in this weeks patch? I saw supercruise news but this was not mentioned and it seems like a pretty big deal.

So even the request for help is bugged.

Again, WOW.

When I initially started playing EDO, before first update, graphics were amazing, now not so much. I'm not interested in FPS gunfighting as a Trader, so EDO is tabled for now. I'll watch this thread and monitor multiple discords for confirmation this is fixed. Will also warn pilots of this risk via link to thread.

Shame this is happening, Good luck Cmdrs.

Hey Zac, can you give an example of one of those categories? I saw something around problem with the launcher and account not loading. I guess in my head I didn't make that connection. Also, are you suggesting we submit a new ticket and restart?

I am also stuck in the same situation. stuck in taxi and relog to horizons doesn't help. I have raised a bug and also a support ticket. hopefully they get to me soon.
 
I’m starting to wonder if I need to open another support ticket. I’m now 9 days in since I submitted my ticket and I do have my support ticket under “lost in game items”. It seems this is such an easy fix for those that have had it fixed but will I get in trouble for opening another ticket or at this point should I just wait?

After 10 Days, since the Creation of the Support Ticket, the Support contacted me per email yesterday. Placed me in my ASP where all the trouble started - and everything is fine again!

Get in trouble? You are a freaking customer - open another ticket.

Mine has fixed itself now. Logged back in the planet had moved to a point where the taxi driver now remembered how to fly and managed to avoid the planets rings and land successfully. Lets hope the support ticket I logged doesn't get actioned blindly when they get around to looking at it.


EDIT: spoke too soon. Just got connection error then when I logged back in now i'm back in my original ship just outside the station it was on and not the planet I'd just landed on . anyway still not suck in a taxi anymore and nothing major lost apart from time and effort.

Thanks - appreciate the CM effort; this is a most excellent game - actually got in a solid 5hr bug free experience yesterday. Please keep the optimization team working through what appears to be a serious challenge - got so distracted yesterday by the view of Milky Way over the horizon on a 2.1G planetary landing I bounced my Cutter off the ground while landing - 18m CR payload was okay so the 51% hull repair was worth it. Love the graphics of this game. o7 Zac

So this isn’t for the issue of ships being poofed then? I’m surely not getting orange sidey. What exactly are we suppose to do if we have our ships taken from us entirely? I’m guessing somebody is going to be replying to my ticket that’s now 10 days out but if I do this again or one of my friends do I’d like to know. Never did find that location to report for connectivity issues and whatnot.
