Short question: When docked at Vonarburg I see "Material Trader & Technology Broker -> Horizons required"... Got horizons since it was released?!
I would like to know if the word "hot" is identical to "wanted"? it's for the French translation
"A ship with bounties on it is hot"

Yes, it is a colloquial term for being marked as wanted.
Did you load up the Horizon's beta?
I know that was a problem in the last BETA - people unknowingly loaded up the wrong game.
On the launcher, scroll up and down the available options; the Horizons BETA was, IIRC, hidden near the bottom. There was only one option provided?! I'll check, thanks.
So should there be a custom3.0.binds file? cos I've lost all my bindings.

So I have the Beta downloaded and logged in to my cmdr and it appears as though the profile data is pretty old.
Thanks.
Update: Restarted launcher, horizons option is offered. I swear to the gods of fatigue and human error, I had only one option the first time...![]()
Mine is about 2 weeks old - which it has been (ca.) in every beta so far.
They said to make a save/copy of the bindings, but even put back an old save once on the beta the bindings are reset, it would be nice to have a bindings folder dedicated to the beta.

Well I don't do Twitter so I wouldn't have got that message.
I have backups of ALL my files, but they're identical. If you look at the modified date on the binds files they haven't been touched.
It's still broken my live game as well though.
Oh well, at least I saved them in a spreadsheet, so here we go...
