I’m afraid you’ll probably pay more then that. Right now you pay 10$ for five. I want more animals also but it’s going to cost you. In the base game we got 73-76 for at least 50$. Plus dlc would bring the total to 90 so expect to pay at least a hundred for that many.

I think they really like SaigaYou wrote saiga antelope 2 times if you would be interested in correcting that...?
@12344321 thats a dollar a animal which I think is very fair.
Exactly lol that’s why I don’t get when people whine now about paying 10 for all things included. And 1$ per animal is fair lol. Consider people’s salary plus the time and effort to make said 100 animals. There a company and there always going to make their money. Nobody works for fee smh.
I'd say $2 (USD) would be fair for a single monthly animal. There would be the advantage of deciding on each one if you wanted it or not. Most of my loved species are not even in the first 30 but as I said before I would be more than happy with any new animal in the game.
Still my biggest dream is a new animal every month sold separately.
I think that it would be fair to pay 2,99$ for that micro transaction.
No offense nutrit but that's a bit excessiveMost of my loved species are not even in the first 30 but as I said before I would be more than happy with any new animal in the game.

No offense taken but I have to disagree with you.No offense nutrit but that's a bit excessive
Not many people would buy animals at that price. Bear in mind that right now we're getting 4 habitat animals in 10 $/€ DLCs. Plus one exhibit animal (most of the times), plus scenarios (sometimes), plus ~200 building pieces.
Anything over 1,5€ per animal wouldn't sell very well I believe.
Yeah, I'm having that in mind. DLCs are always overpriced compared to basegames. And the smaller they are, the more overpriced. But 3$ is just way off the price a DLC animal costs now. Even if the current DLCs only had 4 habitat animals (no building pieces, no exhibit, no scenarios), it'd still be 2$ cheaper than your 4 animals at 3$. If that was the case, sure, it'd be 'normal' to pay 2 more dollars if you got the animals separately. You need to remember that pricing policy is much more complicated than you think. When you buy goods in packages like planet zoo DLC you pay less per animal but if you would like to buy items separately, the unit price is always higher. But remember it’s still a micro transaction.
Look at steam when you buy DLC’s separately you would pay more than buying them all in packages.
You are propably right. But I just wanted to chime in and say that PZ DLC are very fairly priced imo. I play league and nowdays most of their skins release at 1350rp=10euros. So a single purely cosmetic add to one of the hundreds of characters in the game cost as much as one Planet zoo pack. And people still buy skins constantly. I know they are very different games but still intresting to compare.Yeah, I'm having that in mind. DLCs are always overpriced compared to basegames. And the smaller they are, the more overpriced. But that is not the case, DLC animals are worth much less than 10$ right now. As much as you appreciate the work that goes into creating an animal, you're kind of forgetting the work that goes into creating building pieces.
Anyway, as you say: your opinion, I respect it.
But regarding the vast PZ playerbase: no; people, even many of the zoos/animal enthusiasts wouldn't be willing to spend 3$ on a single animal. Maybe worth paying that for 3-4 of the most requested animals but that's it. For the rest, it's out of proportion and it'd most likely lead to a lot, and I say a lot of backlash.
