As the title suggests. Resolves the rear and side view requests neatly and only activates by request. A small video feed would appear top centre.

We wouldn't really need it during normal flight and especially not during combat, but during docking and launching sometimes it helps to see what other ships are doing.

As a suggestion it could also be used to take unobstructed photos.
