no point us going round and round on this I should stop responding............, I believe FD should deliver it esp because they said they would, one way or another... you dont (who am i kidding, i will get sucked in, its like the solo vs open thread ;) )

however where have you seen ED:O for 5 euros? IF it is a legitimate source (so not G2A) it is possible i can convince a few hold outs to jump in. the cheapest i have seen it for was over double that (iirc was around £14)

not 5, but 9.88€ for DLC and I cannot say anything whether the source is legitimate or not

so i used G2A once, in ignorance, mostly because of pop up adverts on AVForums so i thought they were legit. (IL2 Sturmovik )

it was 6 months later i had an email from the developers, revoking my key. The devs had been hacked and had a bunch of keys stolen from them, these then found their way onto G2A. The developers were VERY vocal about the company and how they knowingly allow sellers to sell stolen keys and what not, iirc they literally stated (but this could be another group talking about G2A as at that point i did some homework) that they would rather users pirate their software rather than use dodgy key sellers.

I am not saying instant gaming operate like this, i do not know either way, but just that some of the cheap sellers out there, if you are going to use them then as far as supporting the developers goes - an argument used a lot in threads like these - then it can be worse than just being a pirate.

Playing Together on LIVE​


We understand that since we granted 4.0 access to all PC players, some Commanders have been using version 3.8 to play with friends who do not yet own Odyssey. With Update 14, Odyssey players will have the option to select either Horizons or Odyssey mode within Live Mode so that playing together remains possible.
