pfff ... however I'd like to know how you managed to get CQC rank? I have never found a match, waited like 15 mins and nothing. Never even been able to try it :/
Also I think my combat rank is stuck, I have it about 25% above Elite and it's been there since Odyssey launch, it doesn't seem to increase no matter what I do, i've done plenty of combat since and nothing, while trader was the easiest and fastest, not fair compared to others.

Try joining the deathmatch queue from the main game (comms panel). It will flash up an indicator when someone else is in the queue.

Note: you will occasionally experience a connection error) but it’s the best way to find a CQC match without just sitting in the arena queue.

If you get half decent, you can score around 500-1100 a match. You need 3.6m for a single Elite (10K a day for one year).

With regards to your combat rank not increasing… might be worth raising a support call with fdev

But from that 30 weeks I spent in CQC. So "only" about 55+ weeks in the main game.
