Unresponsive Fleet Carrier Services Issue Fix

Greetings Commanders.

Following release of update 14.02, your reports were gathered in response to the following issue with Fleet Carrier Services:




  • Fleet Carrier Services not responding through the management screen (Issue Tracker: https://issues.frontierstore.net/issue-detail/57564)
    • "Fleet Carrier services will not respond through the management screen. Will not suspend or even allow the buying of new services and will just come back with long periods of no response."


We're aware of duplicate reports of issues of the same nature affecting individuals, so I'm just using the above two as primary examples.




The team have deployed a server side fix to address the issues being experienced with Fleet Carrier Services, in the nature of those outlined above.




Please note that the team are aware of additional issues raised (outside of the nature of Fleet Carriers) following the deployment of 14.02, including the sentiment around AX Combat reward value changes, which we will acknowledge as soon as possible in separate communications.
