Nothing has been said yet about early access, so it could be any time in March, but I expect it will be towards the end, rather than the beginning.
really?...Besides rctw will be release in a few months so I'll play that until
You think people will be able to get in early access, after it starts?
I can't see why not, as long as you purchase the early access version, you will be able to play it like anyone else, through to the final release.
Here is my rig:
CPU - i3-3220 3.3 GHz
RAM 16 GB
GPU Geforce GTX 650 1GB
Motherboard - GigaByte M68M- S2P Rev 1
Pwr Supply - 500 W
Sound - USB PnP Sound Device
OS - Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64 bit
I checked my system against Elite Dangerous on http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri/requirements/elite-dangerous/12195/?p=a and found (accordoing to them) that I can run Elite Dangerous on minimum settings (which by the way, I am not interested in doing because I have no interest in that particular game). If that is the best that my rig will do with Planet Coaster without having to perform costly upgrades, I guess I will pass on this no matter how good it looks or how cheap the price gets. So until more definite system requirements are posted for this game alone, I guess it Frontier will not get my money!
But from what has been said before, it would probably only run on the minimum settings if it is the same requirements as elite dangerous and a game like this would suffer without being able to run on high settings. My point is if I purchase a game, I want to be able to enjoy it at its best and not at its worst no matter if I paid $80.00, $30.00 or even $10.00.
The game is going to be $30, but yet the Beta cost more than the game itself? To me that's a big rip off there.
Where did you read it was going to be 30 dollars?
The base game is 29.99$ USD.
The Early Bird Access is 74.99$ USD, which includes the base game. Which in technical, Early Bird access is 45.00$ USD.
The Coaster Head edition is only access to the CHC Forums plus all of the items listed on the store. It does not include access to the game/Early Bird. [happy]
Wait, im confused... the early bird access is $75, but technical early bird access is $45? So when people pay $75, they get some of their money back when the game fully release?
