greetings .. i got some stupid bounty on me, and managed to dock, but I'm in a station controlled by the faction who I'm wanted , I got enough credits, and the authority contact just can't see my bounty. Also tried in interstellar factors in another system, changing game instancing, game modes, and reconnecting... So is that a bug?

The problem is likely that you are still “notorious.” You cannot pay off a bounty while you have notoriety. Check in the codex under status or crime or something to see.
If that’s not the issue, submit a help ticket. If it is the issue, I’m afraid you just have to wait a bit for the notoriety to drop off.

Well, or play in another system not controlled by the same faction.
