A few questions...

Hello friends, I'm still new to the game and I have a few questions.
Do you have any tips or tricks to better manage the way you run your zoo, I find mine messy.
When you decide to make an enclosure, what do you do first? the enclosure, the path, something else?
Do you make your zoo by zone of several enclosures for example?
How to get albino pets more easily without buying them?
Thanks for your help...

for the first question, no unfortunately (I'm still not good at building...)
I usually do the fence and then the path and then fill it in.
Yes! I usually go by geography. I would also go by taxonomy. I never go by general biome or habits like nocturnal...
There is a way... ;)

If you’re in sandbox/diorama mode, go nuts.

In all seriousness, if you’re in challenge/franchise mode start off with inexpensive animals, such as exhibit animals, and don’t get foot stands right away. Just start off with restrooms and maybe an info stand. In terms of staff facilities, don’t immediately buy all of the big ones at once. Start with the smaller essential ones: a keeper hut, a vet surgery, a quarantine, a trade centre, and a staff room.

That depends. If I tend to make habitats for animals from a more mountainous region, I’ll terraform the area first to make it more suitable, and then I’ll place the barrier. If not, I start with the barrier. When it comes to paths, before I put down habitats, I often put down an 8-meter-wide “main path” and then build the habitats with a bit of a small distance from them. I then build a small 4-meter-wide path to the “viewing area” where guests will view the animals.

Every single time. I tend to either sort them by continent (examples: Aussie House, Wild Asia Trek), region (examples: Amazon, Serengeti, Outback), biome (examples: Arid Plaza, Jungle Ruins, Shady Forest, Great Plains), or type of animal (examples: Primate Park, Cat Kopjes, Predator Path).

No idea. I don’t really look for them.

Unfortunately it takes a while to learn how to build, get to know the path system, all the possibilities and difficulties. Your first zoos will look horrible but they Will get better and better over time. I would advice to look how other players build and perhaps watch YouTube tutorials.
When I make an enclosure I first try to picture what it should look like and estimate how much space I will need. I adjust the terrain. Then I think about what fence and shelter I want and it is the first thing I make. After the fence and shelter I further adjust the terrain. Then I add some animals to see if the size of the enclosure is ok and I check the transversable area map If all of this is ok. Then it is time to add details like rocks and plants, paint the soil and add enrichment for the animals.
I divide my zoo in themed areas like 'the last frontier' , Southeast Asia, 'unique oceania', himalayan adventure etc

I don’t know, I only play sandbox. I tried franchise once and found it way too complicated, I like the building aspect more over management.

I usually start by terraforming the ground texture in the area around where I’ll put the habitat. Then I’ll do the barrier (I use custom fences so it takes a bit more time but it would be much quicker with the preset ones) and then the interior. Make sure to put areas for the guests to see the animals. Then I’ll do a path if needed to get to the viewing areas, and it’s done!

Yes, usually by continent, but occasionally something else, like Children’s Zoo focusing on smaller animals that kids can learn about, along with play areas and education. If you’re naming it I would recommend something creative, for example, my North America section is called the Wonders of the San Marcos, named after the San Marcos river in Texas, because all of the animals can be found in that area.

Honestly if you don’t want to buy them you’ll just have to keep breeding animals with high stats and such, hopefully you‘lL get lucky and get a color variant. I’ve only bred a color variant once, a leucistic Gharial.

Allways allways allways terraform first.
Use a groundbrush and paint where you want the path to go (i mostly use sand for that), then null barriers to mark where the habitat borders roughly should be.
After that you terraform to your liking (flat = boring) with an easy go to being hill in the middle, lower moats next to the path and fences and once your happy with the terrain next to where the path should go only then you place the path so that you dont spend time on it only to delete it later to terraform some more.
After the path you should do your fencing, be it ingame fences or the way better alternative of custom fences (take the large mesh fence, slab the african wood piece with multiple rows of stumps next to each other on it, sink into the ground to get the height of your liking, thank me later) and build the shelter.
For decorating, place enritchment first and then work around it, for example by leading earthy "paths" between them and the shelter and other "hot spots" in the habitat between grass and other decorative items like bushes and rocks that you can place inbetween. This easy "trick" helps you space your habitat out and split it up into zones which you can work on one at a time, making it not only feel better but also giving you directions.
And once you have done all that you should have a pretty habitat!

For some more building oriented tips, maybe check out this thread, you might find it helpfull

Thanks KönigDerKaffeebohnen

I have two other quick questions.
I think, for certain animals, and given my difficulties in making "beautiful" things, take things from the workshop but by testing on an enclosure made up of a space for visitors I realized that it was not always easy to make the way in a closed place, how to succeed in this without problem? Where to start? Inside? Outside?

And the other question is stupid but I don't really know the answer, I wanted to lower the level of a fence under the ground, is it technically possible or do you have to dig the ground to do it?

Thank you...
