When war is in pending, can you make diffrence in influence between that time. What happens if you get needed difference to win war allready in pending time ?
Yes you can push to get beyond the 5% needed in the pending stage. The War will still last 3 days when it becomes active, then any asset will transfer to the winning faction, and then War will last one more day before the state clears.
That will happen, from my understanding.Darn 2.2 mission nerf makes it a pain waiting for missions. But on to my question should my faction be expanding out of a system that we have 80%+ in but not actaully controlling faction
Don't know.If a communist faction and a democratic faction enter a conflict with each other, is it an election or a civil war? All the time or just some of the time?
How about if player faction influence is over the target opponent, you lower it to same as opponent and server tick comes. Will it start a war or do you first have to be lower than target and then come to even it out ?
There is two decimals also representing the influence, is it too easy to go over ?
N0. Just get within 2% should trigger pending.
You pass them. Get them out of it.What happens if our target opponent we want war with, is allready war in other system ?
N0. Just get within 2% should trigger pending.
Hi All,
I didn't see this mentioned yet, but as an Alliance pilot, this nearly brought me to tears of happiness (we're easily pleased):
1. You probably have noticed if you're supporting a superpower affiliated faction that after 2.2, your large stations now have lights, logos, and accent panels that reflect that super power.
2. Now, that's already pretty cool; but what if it were actually dynamic......? Well, we had a station flip to the Alliance from Independent yesterday, and can confirm that it changes on flip! This is going to make station flips substantially more visible.
Coming from behind for two factions also includes dropping onto your follower. As long as both % meet each other for a moment they will lock % and pend conflict.
A special case is the "highest value target" pending. If you got 8% and an enemy in front of you has 9% and another 10%, it is likely you might end up getting your highest possible war enemy, meaning you will lock on the one with 10%. Happened twice for us.
You need to pass each other.
.
No. You need to pass each other.
No you don't. Just had War go pending for my faction after bringing the faction below to 38.8%. My faction was at 40.6
War went pending at 39.8% each.
And that is not a change for 2.2 either.
but aint that mean you passed at some point 39.8 is between those numbers
You were directly at them one day before and on the next day you % lock... yeah someone did % work Jimbeau and you passed, that way locking. Otherwise it would pend WITHOUT locking. You can even start a war by rushing into someone from 1% to 18%. There is no need to "close in".
@Niewitch
Using a war locked enemy - or yourself during pending - to pass others without triggering a conflict is a standard BGS tactic, yes.
Also a faction that CAN will always grab you while passing, unless a higher one could. So yes, do your worst for BGS.
