Not that message but I have had quite a few similar things: Bulletin Board updates taking ages, courses plotted on Galaxy map not getting to navicomp (or taken a while), and just now I got booted off with a "Can't contact Adjudication Server". So I'd say there are Server problems at Frontier. Sort of thing that happens after major upgrades. Oh well, could be GalCiv III tonight.
