I have been mainly working out of Namte today. This is a place to make money.
(I'm happy to reveal it on here as I'm moving on to the Mikunn system now to join in that there revolution...)
2 stations within 30ls of the main star, both with MASSIVE amounts of gold at dirt cheap prices. gotta be a glitch as they are meant to import it...but instead have like 180,000 tonnes of it in every station...
and a bunch of systems nearby - Xingga, Santal, Neche - all have stations with good tradable bits right close in (like 15ls) to their scoopable stars, and there's a bunch of terraforming candidates about in nearby systems (massive resource sinks) good mix of mining / refining / hi-tech / agriculture systems all in close jump range of each other.
made over a couple million here today without much grinding, just faffed about doing odds and ends, even included the game glitching out on me and losing a sale of 24 tonnes of palladium (ticketed)
imagine my surprise after a few hours to realise the pirate station in the system next door (Neritus) that i kept doing missions to / picking up agriculture bits / offloading stolen goods - turned out to have a rare commodity, yet not spotted it til late on. shame, i really could have stocked up...remember commanders: always check the commodities board thoroughly!
