You have nothing proving what you're saying but your opinion, which you clearly hold in higher regard than the
actual EULA in terms of what the EULA says. All that you've proven is that, when reality contradicts your opinion, you choose to reject reality.
You have provided no real information. You just repeat your opinion and present it as fact. One would think it would be rather unwise to continue to so blatantly misrepresent what is in the EULA on the forums, and yet you persist.
