i would prefer if FRONTIER will DO something against this
if not you are destroying your own game Fdev ....... you Have to do something and beeing transparent to the people and telling em what you are doing
on the video are enough informations .....
so Frontier show US what you are willing to DO

People being prepared to throw away hundreds of hours just to bring attention this issue just shows how bad the whole thing is.
I really hope FDev start doing something, and start TALKING to their community instead of putting out worthless boilerplate statements.

where is a developer when you need it ........ i demand a statemant in this thread from a fdev dev or a channel moderator ........ the game is on a point where people would stop playing because it is not enjoable any more with those cheater hackern around
on the video the person set full god mode so it is clear vissible but if he set the toll setings to lets say ...
+10 % shilds
+50 or 100 M/s more top speed
+10 or 20 % more weapon damage ....
i bet no one would have notice
Elite needs a anti cheat engine ...... and that ASAP
bring the servers down for a brief time so you can filter out every thing Frontier
Be transparent
Dont Hide what you are doing make a open banning list ......
set cmdr that are reportet under a temporary bann not those fluffy unicorn SxxT like o we catched you now go to solo for 1 week
Bann em .... and go check what happened then let the Comander explain how he got his build done if you cant replicate it as Frontier Dev Zack got him

Chill, mate. It's just a game.
The thing with ACEs is that they are prone to false positives, sometimes banning more innocent players than cheaters.

So, I did it, just to see how easy it was, flew around in solo with infinite shields, 1000% weapon damage in a haz rez, Top speed of 1800m/s in normal space. Honestly it was the most fun I've had in Elite since that new game smell wore off (first public beta).
Ban me if you wish frontier, just contact me to find out which account I did it on, I've bought multiple copies of your game to have different commanders available to me, make sure you don't ban the wrong account.
Hanging up the game now until the end of 2020 or whenever the next major update is. We'll see if you capture my imagination again.

Don't you know the first rule of cheaters? Silence is gold.
Now you have given FD a target to ban. And they can ban all your accounts, because they all belong to the same person that has admitted to cheating.
Luckily, they won't. They'll only flag you as cheater and set all your accounts to shadow-ban. Good luck playing solo for eternity.
Definitely not bragging, just making a point (which was the point of my post), which I'm fully entitled to do. They can ban the account I cheated on, I'm happy for that to happen. I generally stick to solo anyhow, it's a much more pleasant experience these days.

I also only play in solo. But as I said in the post before, they can ban all your accounts, if they decide to.
Based on Panthole's post, Frontier obviously shouldn't ban all of their accounts.
I wouldn't be mad at them if they did, honestly. As long as my point makes it home.

Have F.D. given a reason for 'just sending software cheating players to solo?' Have F.D. given a reason, why they can't just ban players for cheating?
frontier will not permaban on first offence, that much seems to have transpired from these threads.
the news here is that he just smeared frontier's face with:
- the fact that a multi-account fan took the trouble to actually look into this and download that crap
- the fact that the cheat still works today, despite their pompous speech copy paste last week
- the fact that he doesn't give a damn if he's banned, just to make this point
he will get a 3 day shadowban on that account, and ... frontier will have laid just another brick in the wall.
I would also like to point out, that the trainer I downloaded was created/posted on the 28th of August 2018.... 2018....
Guys don't get me wrong, I made this post and admitted to my own transgressions because I am such a fan of this game, multiple PC accounts, PS4 account, Xbox account.
I am simply making a point. I want this game to be a fair and enjoyable experience for all.
