Have you made at least 1 jump since starting the game? Theres spawn protection until you hyperspace for the first time.
Aside from that fire support a ticket once you've done a quick check of the e-mail your account is registered to (inc spam folder).
If they have a reason and proof, not all that much is known about the process as people who get banned are few and far between and often don't talk about it.
We know you get an e-mail or several if shadowbanned and we know it prevents you meeting other players and also your effects on the game markets etc won't transfer to the live server. However, I would expect if shadowbanned the user wouldn't be able to access anything except Solo or they could access anything including open but the networking would break their connection to other players. This case above is neither of those.
Edit: Comeon guys lets not jump to the shadowban conclusion so quickly, you all look like you are dying to find someone who's been banned! Theres a whole number of things that it could be and to be honest a quick scan at post history and google search I don't think the OP quite fits the profile for someone who hacks/cheats if I can be so bold...
