Well I did something similar. Yesterday I exchanged all my equipment of my cheap Asp for 20% discounted modules. I planned to exchange the modules of my much, much more expensive Python and Anaconda tonight. The decision to postpone till today has literally cost me millions. Ah well... At least I'm not the only one who did not take full advantage.

Yeah, i got the ships discounted I wanted except maybe the Orca. Spending today shuffling them to Founders as I became Elite last night.
12.25% off everything at Founders, so finally can easily find the modules. I think the time spent 'searching for rare modules' nothing other than 20%+ is worth while.

For those interested in the Fer De Lance at a discounted price can find theirs in BD+28 413 (Gunn Station) for just under 44mil.

No, BD+28 413 is the only one System that sells FdL, from what we know.
For equipping, read the thread, there are several stations with a lot of modules: Jafnhau, Diaguandri, Lembava in this order. There is another one near Jafnhau starting with V, like Varys or similar, I don't remember the name...
