LFT 37, CG is on the penultimate tier and will finish today. The rewards are currently 24%, probably 30% for the last tier, so definitely worth using if they have what you're looking for.

I'm not sure if it's just outfitting or outfitting and ships. We can only know for sure once the CG completes.
Holy crap I didn't know it was so close to finishing! I was gonna wait to play later today but once I saw your post I raced to that system to drop off my load of purifiers. Not sure if its helpful but after buying the Cutter in Lft 37 i was in need for a FSD 7A and after i failed on Diaguandri and a few others i got lucky to find my Frameshift Drive A7 in Fiden - Station Shirley City (Li Yong-Rui).

Afaik yes it is. The discount is generic and not ship(s) specific like the previous CG's with the Imperial factions.
There is however no end date on the CG text so it may run forever making Li Yong Rui no longer the go-to place to head. CG also just finished making it 30% discount now. Will be active once Devs flip the switch

The "WATER PURIFIERS FOR LFT 37" CG (located at LFT 37 [Onnes Gateway]) had a Global Reward of 30% discount for outfitting at Onnes Gateway.
The Global rewards means that if the condition are met in the CG when it is running that after the CG is completed, the Global Rewards are available to all CMDRS
[HIGHLIGHT] anyone who stops by that station can get /use the discount[/HIGHLIGHT]
...not just the CMDRs who participated in the CG (Community Goal).
For some reason the outfitting & the ships are 30% off....
Just stopped by & took screenshots the ships are still discounted at LFT 37 [Onnes Gateway]....
also people have been taking about this for around 13 hours now...the discounted ships...

Here you should get an Anaconda at 15% discout. Enter a reference system to find a station next to your position.
