I can't confirm since I'm at Sagittarius A* but that one has been very stable for over 6 months so i'd say go for it unless you really want to be sure and wait for someone to verify
Diaguandri/Ray Gateway is in Li Yong-Rui space so the discount should still be there. I'm at Diaguandri and could check later when back from work at ~ 20:30 - 21:00 CET.
Looking for something special or is it about the 15% discount in general?

No problem, just seemed weird to me that the 20% discounted ASP Explorer at Alioth [Irktusk] would just disappear...so had to go check it outThanks for the update!

If you have an Elite rank you get a 2.5% bonus discount everywhere or something like that... Could be the reason.
