I think this infirmation from OP is incorrect:

Because after selling discounted module i can buy it back at the same discounted price.

Hi,
That section was meant for those that already bought the modules they want at full price and want to swap them out for discounted ones (lower insurance and cashback).

I've edited it to say "original" price instead, hopefully it's a bit clearer.

It's not incorrect, but it's more accurate to say that the module is stored in the buy-back section at the price it was originally purchased at.

I've not seen the post that is quoted but the OP is presumably describing the situation where you are wanting to replace a module for one at the same size/rating and which is discounted. When the fitted module is sold/replaced it will sit in the buy-back area for a time at the non-discounted price. You would need to leave the outfitting screen for a while until it is removed, and then you can buy one at the discounted price. It's also why you need to be careful that the station does normally sell that module size/rating before selling as otherwise you can lose it!

As you've observed, the reverse is also true. If you remove a discounted module, it'll sit in the buy-back area for a while at the discounted price regardless of what station you are at. This is useful as it means that you can fit it to a different ship if you want to. I have a few ship hulls that I use simply to store discounted equipment in when wanting to change the role of my Python - e.g. between trading and mining - or to store equipment that was temporarily available at a higher discount as a result of a CG etc.

Quick note to say that Greeboski's Outpost in Phiagre has, as a result of the recent Community Goal, currently got a 5% discount on all outfitting. This will run for a month so good until around May 26th (assuming one month = 4 weeks :)). As well as this, it now stocks Class 3 gimballed pulse lasers and 3D HRPs.

I can confirm LYR 15% discount at Gertrud system in Walker Ring. Ships and Outfitting.
