I just think it's a bit odd you could be right and it could be a bug. I'm currently about 25,000Ly away so can't verify what the situation is myself.
Stock Python should have cost around 48,431,500 credits if it was 15% off or 51,290362 if it was 10% off.

Not sure how used this thread still is but when I return from my exploration trip I'll do a run round and update everything. There are a few good websites that locate ships/upgrades and stuff at discount so this thread may now be largely redundant...
I think your OP is great for summarising the discounts. Other websites (I'm not sure which you mean, but I've had a quick look at INARA), only seem to show the discounts per system, and they're not always accurate (same problem as you have, keeping up to date).
So, for me, your thread is relevant. The thread also captures the history of a discount, whereas the rest of the web is a bit hit and miss about this. Of course there's no substitute for someone going in game and finding out for themselves! I'm still working towards my first prestige in CQC to get access to Attilius Orbital so I can go and check the discounts there.... unless someone else would like to confirm them for me?!

Yes on eddb.io for example I can find out where I can get a specific module or ship in a Li Yong-Rui system for example, but it doesn't help me much further. If I want to get the best deal for an Orca for example and leave all other fields empty in their search, then it will only give me a list with results where I can buy the ship. It doesn't tell me the prices or specific discount that applies to each individual results.
This is not an attempt to make eddb.io look bad. In fact it does the things it does pretty well. It just doesn't do everything that someone looking for the best deal requires.

It's still relevant for the unique systems, such as Alioth and similar as well as for a general overview. But for any Li Yong-Rui systems with inventory then https://eddb.io/station?i=1&p=9 is the go to source.
Decided to go to Alioth & buy a Ocra at the 20% discount which is still working, also checked & the 20% discount on ASP Explorer is still active.

Yep I'll be checking out some Li Yong Rui systems during beta to see if I can't find one somewhere
It was mentioned in the 1st post, Elite status gives Global 2.5% and that it stacks, eg founders (10%)+ 1 X Elite (2.5%) = 12.5% .. so I am guessing a kick starter\backer without elite just gets 10% at founders stations until they get their first Elite etc, whereas the rest of us without Founders access (until at Least 1 x Elite), just walk in with 12.5% off the bat at any founders stations.
All that part seems pretty clear, but my question is around the Elite stacking 2.5% - is it really Global? and do they stack, eg 3x Elites give you extra 7.5% ?

Yes it's global but I don't think it's 2.5% per rank, I think it's just 2.5% if you have any of the 3 ranks. I only have 1 Elite rank so haven't been able to check that myself.
As for kickstarter/backers yes I think that's how it works, again I'm not kickstarter myself so don't know 100% for sure but I don't think there's anything special there except access to the Founders World.
Yes if you are Elite and are at a LYR system the total should be 17.5% off, as above I don't think multiple elite ranks stack but I may be wrong on that one.
