Marco Qwent in Sirius has max ranks of 3 for power distributors and 4 for power plants, here's all the mods available:

You can get armoured power plants, and more heat efficient ones too. Among other mods the distributor can be focused on either engine, system or weapons.
His base is Qwent Research Base on Lucifer, here's an approach to land (big mining rigs there):

Liz Ryder's Base is called Explosives Unlimited in Eurybia. Introduction requirement is deliver her 20 Landmines (got mine from LTT 1935 - Mohun Relay)

Liz Ryder also does Torps, Hull and HRPs. I blew a stack of resources getting her up to level 4 which gives you the invite for Hera Tani.

We have a spreadsheet shaping up, which will include all data, and calculators for multiple modifications. We could use a little help to input the data into it

For the Database Spreadsheet, what would really, really help us is contributions from every possible beta user here, telling us what component they found and where.
We have the Prospectors Corps for the materials, but some organization would be very helpful regarding all the new stuff we'll have to find and grind.

About Selene Jean: are you sure that this requirement (mine 10 t of ore) is the right one? I've mined much more than that (both before beta and in beta), and I have no invite from her.
