Add a High Grade Data USS in the same fashion as High Grade Emissions, spread around by state as usual.
Add a data re-spawn at Dav's Hope to match the mats, but only G3 and G4 Data.
Knowing that Data is available but is never likely to spawn is ball brakingly dull and the less time you have to play the more exaggerated the never going to find it becomes.
The same with Arsenic, Arsenic @2.7% any G5 Element 1.3%, I know I will find 6 G5 Chunks before 1 Arsenic that is just plain wrong, Just make Arsenic appear in one type of rock and you will find a least 1 in that type.
In other words just make things so you can search a given thing and you will find it.
