Add Planet Zoo Exhibit Fences For Custom Water

One meter high exhibit fences were my go-to tool for creating massive plaza centerpiece fountain bases in Planet Zoo. It also came in handly if I wanted to be very controlled in the shape of the water I was trying to create or to make small intricately detailed fountains. I’d be thrilled to see them added into the game as a custom fountain tool. A new custom water tab could be added inside the terrain menu.
