AFM repair - numbers not updating while repairing?

When I am using the AFM the health of the module (percentage) is not updating. It's just frozen and then suddenly "Module Repaired!" and it updates to 100%

Likewise the AFM ammo is not updating either while repairing (ammo number is just frozen).

Is this a bug or normal?

I find it a bit frustrating not to be able to see how much it has repaired a module while it is working, or seeing how much ammo is left (e.g. if I want to spread the ammo out and repair several modules up a few percentages each).

Any way to fix this if it's a bug?

Other people have reported it, yes, it is a bug, create new bug report or look for existing one.

One of the many things reported in the beta but not fixed. I don't even know why they bother with beta if they aren't gonna fix the bugs before they release to live. Might as well just skip beta, push the updates to live right away and fix the bugs later as you get time. It's pretty much what they're doing now anyways.

Yep. Discovered and reported very early in the beta. I really don't understand the point of the betas, anymore. FDev just pushes all the bugs out anyway, plus some extras usually.

It's easy to say nothing gets fixed in Beta but, truthfully, a lot of things were fixed, and that's just the things I noticed. But other stuff, like this afmu problem does seem to get overlooked, except the cause may be difficult to pin down.

We had a long running problem with the ship's left panel malfunctioning after an SRV jaunt, and we still do, and there have been numerous bug reports about it. But we, the players, have only just discovered what we think are the sequence of events that cause this bug. There may be other causes that we don't know about.

They just take time. We have to accept that. Frustrating, though the wait can be.
