There are two types of fences in the game, standard and electrical:

Standard Fences

Light Steel

This is the most basic fence in the game, it will withstand a few of the impacts from the dinosaurs. This fence is recommended for enclosing dinosaurs of small size and strength, such as Struthiomimus. Regular maintenance is advised.

Heavy Steel

Heavy steel will withstand more impacts than the Light Steel Fence. This fence is recommended for enclosing dinosaurs of greater size and strength, such as Triceratops. Regular maintenance is advised.

Concrete
Specifically reinforced to withstand more impacts than the Heavy Steel Fence. This fence is recommended for enclosing the strongest and largest dinosaurs, such as Tyrannosaurus. Regular maintenance is advised.

Electric Fences

Electrified Light Steel

Electrification reduces damage from impact blows, with the same strength as the Light Steel Fence. Loss of power negates the preventative effect.

Electrified Heavy Steel

Electrification reduces damage from impact blows, with the same strength as the Heavy Steel Fence. Loss of power negates the preventative effect.

Electrified Concrete

Electrification reduces damage from impact blows, with the same strength as the Concrete Fence. Loss of power negates the preventative effect.
