I Just finally got to the Elite Rank and was reading the details about Jameson Memorial. It states It has all weapons and modules available at a 10% discount. however Powerplay Modules are not included.
As an extra incentive for players to become Elite, All powerplay Modules are available for a +10-50% Mark-up (to compensate for the fact you are not pledged). players can still get the modules through regular powerplay but still have to do the horrible grind to do so. This also Sweetens the Jackpot for those who Unlock the Elite Rank.
Because let's be honest, the only good use out of PP is to grind those modules by sitting on your hands for a month. the bonuses a region specific and miniscule, and the weekly payout is laughably low.
