(how much are they? I only see the same 4 or 5 names)
Well, you see, there were plenty of suggestions and feedback from explorers ever since the FSS was first revealed, as well as suggested improvements after the beta launched. Frontier ignored pretty much all of them. Throughout the earlier updates, they often showed that they don't consider explorers, and then the same happened with the exploration update, so why bother putting in much effort?
Unfortunately, there are things now that we could find before but can no longer realistically find now. Now, with the general lack of new exploration content
and the live game going on low-effort mode for a long time, most players I know have moved on from exploration, and often from the game as well. Others will probably do so after DW2 finishes. (Speaking of which, it's rather telling that with the new mechanics, at best 20% of those who have signed up are still exploring. We'll see how many finish, but I doubt it will be many more.) Personally, I have some respect for those who are still putting in some effort into suggestions like this, but I don't see much of a point.
Do note that instead of small tweaks, I'd rather Frontier gave the FSS the ADS treatment, and mostly removed it in favour of a new mechanic that they think would be improved. (It's not like there isn't precedent for this.) But even so, the earliest time that such could happen would be the expansion, 1.5-2 years hence. Of course, before that, the FSS could get plenty of QoL improvements, and it
is in need of plenty of fixes anyway. We've seen that Frontier is in no hurry at all with those.
